Then, I develop the talents of team members by learning their interests, inviting them to participant and mentoring on their role in the organization. Mentoring includes training in groups and one-to-one meetings. Topics have included leadership, business writing, and client engagement. Being prepared and ready to help your team is crucial.
Build a network of co-workers who can help you. Build relationships with clients and include your account management team. Account Management wants respect from management, clients and the rest of the organization.
