My favorite role is creative technical thinker. My career has given me this opportunity many times in multiple roles and organizations. My technical skills work best in operations, project management, business analysis or marketing operations roles for corporate capital projects, onboarding new systems, and system enhancements.

I have built my career on learning and evolving my technical skills, project manager roles and coaching team members. From database marketing to project manager roles, I have earned multiple promotions leading to executive management and P & L responsibilities. 

My strengths are operations, client services, business analysis, and digital marketing operations. My continuous learning spans leadership, coaching, marketing, and corporate strategy. My leadership skills include business operations, hiring manager, vendor governance, program management, coaching team members, and budgetary responsibilities in Fortune 50 and startups. As a leader, I think strategically, act tactically and drive results through continuous improvement in quality and efficiency with a client focus. I can provide leadership and strategic direction in establishing and coordinating relationships between client, vendor, and cross functional departments.

In my operations roles, I have worked in database marketing, manufacturing and corporate transaction processing. Leading teams to accomplish corporate strategic objectives leads to successes for the team and organization.
